Our organization was so pleased with Mike Orzen’s Lead with Respect Workshop that we engaged him two months later to guide us through a Two Day Lean Problem Solving Workshop. In the Lean Problem Solving Workshop, Mike lead us through a “deeper dive” of the principles, tools, and techniques of Lean principles and specifically, problem solving.

Our organization has historically been “top down” problem solvers. Under Mike’s guidance, we are realizing that those at the top cannot continue to be the “firefighters” if we want to get maximum organizational results. We must develop our personnel to become the problem solvers . Mike’s two day workshop provided us with practical tools to implement the Lean problem solving techniques across our organization.

Over the past 30 years, we have engaged in many different motivational and leadership techniques. After completing Mike’s two workshops, we feel that, for the first time, we now have a practical, sustainable method to lead and develop our people. We are excited to watch this journey unfold across our organization. We highly recommend both of Mike’s workshops!
