We contracted with Mike Orzen to initiate our Lean IT improvement project, and I am highly pleased with the results. Mike engaged effectively with both management and staff. He takes a holistic approach to Lean IT, and his partnership with our leadership team went well beyond just executing kaizen events. His guidance ensured that our leaders created the right environment for the initiative to succeed. He was masterful at guiding the kaizen events and engaging our staff. He quickly turned several skeptics into advocates using a very pragmatic methodology to identify business process improvements. Most importantly, Mike was a very effective coach for our Lean IT coaches in training, and we are now in a position to sustain Lean IT moving forward with our internal team.
