I have known Mike Orzen since early 2017 when we engaged him to assist in the deployment of Lean at The Standard. Working with our fledgling Lean Center of Excellence Mike delivered executive training, developed and implemented a deployment plan for Lean in the Information Technology (IT) organization, trained Lean coaches so that subsequent IT deployments could be completed without his assistance and coached IT leaders on Lean leadership behaviors.

Mike has deep expertise in the deployment and sustainment of Lean in office and information technology environments, He was effective as a coach of coaches and received strong positive feedback on his training from the executive team. He seeks to understand the culture of the organization and adapts his style to fit that culture. He is humble and respectful and was able to adjust his coaching to all levels of the organization from executive to the front line.
