We added Mike Orzen to our project team at a time when all hope seemed to be lost – the situation was dire, the stakes were immense, and there were no more second chances. Despite these challenges, Mike delivered quick, focused genius through two Lean IT workshops and several coaching calls, tripling our throughput in less than 2 months to set our project on a path for success. Mike possesses an almost spooky ability to help people gain effectiveness at continuously understanding and improving their situation.
