Mike’s Lead with Respect workshop was enjoyed by our entire management team. Mike is a very engaging speaker and his thorough understanding of the behaviors and practices made the two-day workshop fun and extremely informative. What I liked about the class was how real Mike was and how he didn’t judge anyone’s answers. No question was dumb. His input on how to listen better has been very helpful.
