I engaged Mike Orzen for a Coaching Workshop focused on uplifting the skills of our internal lean and agile transformation coaches. Mike did not disappoint, creating a one day workshop that brought a practical approach to teaching coaching and transformation patterns. Further, he worked with the participants to put together an action plan to put in place the things they learned in class. Mike’s hands on approach and follow up have enabled our coaches to continue learning after the workshop ended. Mike is truly a lean leader and a “coaches’ coach.”
